I use this for my keyboard and mouse when I am not just on my laptop. The mouse took some getting used to, but both the keyboard and mouse work fantastically and have helped the pain in my hands/wrists.

I agree that they should be easy to pronounce! Definitely. You don't want to disrupt people's experience.

I think it'd be fine to manipulate names. I think it could give your game a more original feel and could go along with the feel of the rest of the story.

I agree that they should not be used on USERNAMES but definitely would be cool to have a sparkling feature that can be turned on/off or somewhere other than the username.
