I actually don't like GIMP that much, but I have Photoshop and FireAlpaca(Which is also free, but works better with my tablet) so I'm probably not being all that fair xD Still, even in the old days of having no money whatsoever, I much preferred Paint.net to GIMP. Just my preference, though...

So, I had an awesome idea for a game ;u; I'm probably gonna release a demo sometime soon.

I may try making a game for this contest soon, but at the moment I'm working on a project that will likely keep my attention for a while. I'll probably work on something for this in my spare time, though x3

Paint.net isn't compatible with Mac, but I believe Mischief has a Mac version.

Paintbrush works almost exactly like MSPaint. http://paintbrush.sourceforge.net There are a couple of small differences, but I'd say they're an upgrade. :)

That's easy to do without a script. Make a loop and put the balloon icon in the loop. Ehm, if that's confusing, I'm sort. I'd provide a screenshot but Steam is telling me MV isn't installed on my computer @-@
