Added two new weather effects: Ash and Blood. And there are a few other surprises too. The plugin is updated to work with MV v1.3 (it should still work with v1.2) until the next update to take advantage of some of the new PIXI filters. Hence, the scrolling borders have been temporarily removed...

I've not tried the encryption, but judging from the comments floating around I'm not completely sold either. I may experiment with an old project. As far as "broken" plugins because of this update, quite a few. I'm updating mine to 1.3, but may just keep the 1.2 versions around a bit longer.

Bringing ALL my plugins up-to-date with 1.3. Some will be deleted, rewritten or written from scratch. 1.2 versions may still be available.
