So finally I've made some progress with interior design. Made here some parallax showing a bit of my interior and how its becoming.

Its not complete, I'm developing this interior as I make new stuff. I'll be making 3 different environments, it will be for main Housing, Castle (like the castle and walls) and the chapel interior. Note that I'm using Ragnarok Online charsets for my work, since its the sprites I'll be using in my game here. They are larger than RPG Maker MV standard characters, so it reflect much in the sizes of the stuff here.

I hope its of everyone taste, and again, I appreciate any helps, tips, suggestion my fellow makers could provide, since it will for you guys anyway. Free again.
[doublepost=1469339757,1468904213][/doublepost]So I did some work, made some furnitures. Also I'm making the new parallax as I develop new stuff.

I'll keep the image above updated with new stuff I'm making. Note that things like foodstuff, cooking tools and such are just random imagens I found on google. I used them as sample, nothing more, they will not be present in the release.
[doublepost=1470445991][/doublepost]I did some changes, after I received some help here. Here is how its becoming:

All furniture will be remade. Sorry for the lighting effects, they are incomplete yet and I'm not giving much attention to this, as I'm making new stuff while making this parallax.

Wow, I really dig your style, It looks pleasing to the eye, you're also very good at parallax mapping(blush)
In my opinion that to darken ( just a tiny bit) to the parts of the houses that are very far away from a light source, since you
are already very good at parallax mapping, I think it will be easy for you to implement darker shadows to the corner of buildings and more.
Overall I am excited in seeing your finished project, just from this map alone, I can see alot of work is put into it.
Good Luck!

Oh thanks a lot. Actually I never did any parallax before, but I got some good tutorials on youtube. I'm still learning the correct way to place the light source over the place, but its still incomplete, I'll be doing the fixes as I create new stuff for the house, and its take a while. Thanks.

Updated:

Please note that lighting is incomplete, many things will change as I build the stuff.

Really good! I too like your style. I'll be watching (in the background) for the finished product. (smile)
I am so bad at parallax, pixel arts and stuff right now... Oh well at least someone appreciate it (glee).
And really, you look like you're going in the right direction, and since you point that you're still new at lighting,
I recommend to experiment with it a little bit and get jiggy with it. (glad)

Haha! Graphics in general are NOT my thing at all! But I can certainly appreciate it when others are graphically competent or when they achieve some of the effects they desire. I've done some experimenting with parallaxes, but have yet to master that "creepy vibe" I'm going for in parts of Otherworld. And you're right, tweaking and practicing.

I'm planing to improve my photoshop skills with formal classes. All I know about photoshop work is self taught and youtube tutorials. Although I know about interior design, and don't use photoshop for it. After the classes, and I have multiple stuff I want to learn, specially how to paint objects and textures, I'm planing to create youtube tutorials about how to create stuff for RPG Maker. Many people I know are asking me for this, so I'm considering it, but only after formal classes of Photoshop, to properly teach about it. Still a long way to go.

If you're making videos at least there will be one guy who will continue to watch it. <- This weird person(trying)

Thats all for today, my back is killing me.

Made a table!
[doublepost=1471275058,1470520439][/doublepost]Returned making some couches here:

You can see the development from the upper to the lowest here. I don't think I'll work on the different directions for the first two, only the last two will be continued. My objective was to move along gothic style a bit, so I tried to make a hybrid between a church bench and a couch. For me its okay, so its here for you guys to judge.

I'm still amazed at how lovely and detailed your work is. The screenshot looks like a sneak in of a commercial game that's made by a big team xD What I want to saay, although you are already aware of it, I love the graphics and please keep up the good work! It's so pretty and you're really talented. And dont forget to add the shadows of the tiles and interiors in the end~

Thanks a lot! Heres a free sample (the finished work also will be free anyway), I wasn't planning to publish it until the set is complete, but I guess its of no concern:

Also there will be a only wood version I'm planing to use in the cathedral interior, but its for a far future yet. This is not the font of my incomes, so I work as I have time, which is rare. Hope its of everyone taste. Please again, don't claim this work as your own, this is free stuff, but at least I want credit for making it.

Please forget the upper two couches, they are not mean't to be there because I didn't use them, but I've forgot to remove them o <

Its been a while, but I finally have got some time to make something. Made this bookshelf test bellow here, don't know yet if I'll make any use of it, so its here for be judged:

[doublepost=1473731843,1473635518][/doublepost]I need some help, I've made this scrap of a desk, but I really don't know which should be used, so I would like an opinion about which is better:

[
I need to do a better work in the first, exactly in the connection there, so this is just a scrap of what it will be. The second really get along with the bookshelf and the rest of the furniture, but I don't know, the wood texture seems like cardboard. I really need some opinion about this.

Well it doesn't look like 'cardboard' to me. They're both fine, but the one on the right matches better the preceding pieces.
(...and some folks make excellent furniture from cardboard, I'm told..!
)
It's tempting to over-think these things, but your work is truly brilliant stuff. I'm not alone in holding this opinion.

Thanks for the reply, I tried some blending trick trying to mix both in one, this is how it became:

[doublepost=1473816865,1473783334][/doublepost]Okay so I did it, heres a small sample:

Did some minor shade effect (which I think I messed, but its just for sample), the original don't have any. Also this is just a small portion of what it is, the complete version have all directions to be placed and many variants to drawers and such. And I have fixed the side bookshelf small details near its bottom, where the wood detail seem to be stretched up, however not in this sample.

Okay so I made some changes, instead of using a curved shelf, I designed a straight one. Felt better than that stretched aspect. Also I took this opportunity to create a ''simple'' version of the same bookshelf and table stuff, without any carved details.

I wish I had more time to work with these. I have lots of good ideas to make, but I don't have much time.

The trouble is, it's going to have to be a cracker of a scenario to do justice to these graphics..! I'd really like to read that story..!

Yeah that's trouble. The parallax sample from before was totally deleted. I'm planning to make the furniture first, then the scenario. Game designers have concept art exclusive for that game they are making, now this work I'm doing is very generic, don't have an specific concept.
