according to the episode they just posted today the time of release is October 23 at 10 pdt time which is 1pm eastern (if they mean 10am pdt if not then it won't be untill 1am if they mean 10pm pdt.- Cloud Knight

the devs already confirmed you can use anything you bought that works in rpg maker , dlc, faces, rtp, ect. if you legally own it you can use it BUT only in rpg maker.. so yes you can't use it in game maker. it's inside your licences files in those folders. you can also make games that sell with...- Cloud Knight
