Resource Team Application Process:​
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen of RMMV! We're currently looking for some members to participate in the Resource Team staff!

The RT Team is a special group of members who take the time out to dedicate resources to the forum to come out with a package every other month for the members to use! Every two months the RT Team gets together and puts all their resources together to be compiled into a zip file that will be released every other month. Each resource will be different from the previous package, and contains some exclusive content for you all. These resources won't be displayed or shared elsewhere until the package is release for the community. In joining the Resource Team you are granting us full permission to use your resource you made for redistribution.

If you'd like to join our amazing group of our amazing resource team, send the template below to the RT Team Leader of the section you wish to participate in.

Graphical Team Leader: None Currently. PM @Xyphien if interested in joining.
Musical Team Leader: None Currently. PM @Xyphien if interested in joining.
Plugin Team Leader: @LTN Games
Writing Team Leader: @Micro​


Template:​

- Name: The name you'd like to be credited as in projects.
- Resources You're Willing to Provide: Whether it's plugins, graphics, music, etc. etc.
- Average amount of Resources you will provide: A guesstimate amount of resources you will be able to provide once every other month.
- For graphics/music: What style of resources do you make? (genre, sprite style, etc.)​
- How long have you been making resources?:
- How long have you been using RPG Maker / How familiar are you with the engine?:
- Portfolio: 3-5 resources made within the last year.
- Terms of Use: Whether your work is allowed for commercial or non-commercial work.


Currently we need the following:
Graphical Artists: 5
Musicians: 5
Scripters: 4
Writers: 4


If you'd like more information about the roles of each team, you can check the descriptions provided here.

Special thanks to @Kaimen for coming up with the amazing idea of having a RT Team, as well as @Amysaurus for coming up with the outstanding template being used!

If only there could be a map maker,
I would apply sooner or later,
but that isn't the case,
someone would need to take another place.

Man, I'm so self-discouraging. But, I would only apply if mappers were accepted.

I don't think I really fit the bill, too bad you already promoted Amy to moderator, she'd have been perfect for this.

I mean I can do cool resources but it'd be parallaxes and stuff, I'm not much of a spriter, also my lack of devotion to anything that isn't my own stuff is really pretty bad.

I just don't think I'd have that kind of commitment, but maybe I'll answer this when I'm feeling in a more enthusiastic mood.

You know what? Sign me up. I can do anything from Battlebacks, Parallaxes, Systemstuff, Titles, Faces, Enemies just keep the pixel art away from me.

I've already PMed...though I...I think I did. Didn't I? PMing on this website is confusing. Anyway I threw in my application--would be nice to go back to creating stuff for the community again.

Snap...I forgot to add the free parallax resources I made... (goes rummaging through the computer/dumpster for stuff)

Yeah, I was mainly referring to recolors and stuff of that sort. For the RT team, I'm trying to have completely original stuff to bring to the community however. So, what we're looking for is people who can do original stuff completely.

How do we know if we're being considered or whatnot after starting a conversation? I'm not even sure I've done it right, but since there's been no response I can only assume I've done something terribly wrong. >_>

If you haven't gotten a response yet, it's likely that whoever you sent it to just hasn't gotten the chance to review the application yet. You'll receive a message as soon it's been looked over. :)
