Yanflys Plugin Commands not working

So I am using the Skill learn system and it works great but I have 2 issues that I cannot figure out.

1. I cannot get any of the Plugin commands to do anything I wanted to have guy you talk to open the Learn Skill window to learns skill (A Trainer of sorts) but nothing happens when I use OpenLearnSkill actor 1
2. For some reason and I don't know how to stop it when I open the learn skill menu I see skills for all classes and I want it to only show for the actors class.

I have discovered that none of the Plugin Commands work. I have installed all of Yanflys plugins and in the order he shows they should be. I plan of=n removing the ones not being used as I move forward but I installed then all just to make it easier to pick the ones I want to use. I have no idea which one could be causing the issue.

I found the issue. UPP_Romance system plugin breaks the plugin commands for Yanflys even when at the bottom.
