Companion Wulf submitted a new resource:

Windowskin Tool Plugin - Change windowskins in-game (with a few other tweaks).

This plugin enables you to change the default windowskins in-game from within the Plugin Manager.

You can preset the default windowskin to your own, change the windowskin in-game and reset it to either the preset default or the system default.

NOTE: The blog entry hasn't been updated yet and still contains version 2.0. This is the newest version, 2.7.
