Windows 7 Having A Splash Screen Error ??? Here's A Fix

did you have a error that looked like this ???

well if you did, thanks to a steam user " Sable " doing some digging and finding out information found out that we needed a missing dll. file
the download link is below.
it solved my problem and a few other's hopefully it can solve your's
happy game making guys !!! <3 now i can finally check out MV like the rest of you !

unzip it and copy and paste into your folder where mv is in steam or the early standalone release or if you have both installed copy and paste to both !!!

Unfortunately I tried this and it didn't work for me. I don't suppose anyone knows any other possible fixes?
you copy and pasted inside the folder where the mv.exe is ? if so and it didn't work try right clicking and running in windows 7 compatibility mode on the mv icon and then try it if not. then i'm not too sure i would report it to the devs and making ask for refund.

Tried that and that also didn't work. I've informed the devs and it sounds like they are looking into this bug, so with any luck I'll be able to run it when they release a patch.
