Tutorial in menu

I was wondering if there is a plugin that adds a tutorial tab in the in game menu. I want to have the tab available if the player needs some quick references on a system.

If there isn't a plugin, is there a way of doing this?

You mean like a help window that tells you what the selection is about?

More of a help menu that you can go down to if you forget how to do some of the systems in the game. It would open up another menu that would go over something once you tabbed over it. Maybe even have a story tab with it. A plugin that adds tabs to the on game menu.
