Hi all
sprite visual scaling?
Meaning as the player controls the actor up and down, the actor decreases in size towards the top of the screen and increases in size towards the bottom...
like in adventure games of the 90s... Secrets of Monkey Island
I know this is possible with eventing however I feel it was not as smooth as I would have liked possibly because I was doing it wrong
... however I would like to be able to create a Plugin for this sort of movement.
Or have details on how to create this better with eventing... bare in mind I want the player to be in control of the character 100% of the time.
However I feel a plugin might be better as it could also be attached to other character/NPC's/enemies... though the main focus is on the main playable actor...
I am also aware that multiple Actor sheets would have to be created for this type of movement mechanic.
Basically asking for any help with this... and please go into detail as I am still new to this and not
savvy with RPG colloquialisms... or a compitant plugin writer...
Need to collect as much information as possible on this mechanic so please any help is much appreciated.
Kind regards
Steve Sunpire
