Double check the name on the image for the SV one, the TV one, and the TVD one, and make sure that none of them are named differently than the variations one. In short, you need them all to have the same "p0#" in order for them to show with the generator.
From the screenshots, I can see that the problem is your Variations image for the wings is a different "p0#" then the rest, which is why it shows up but nothing else does. According to what I see in the screenshots, each of the images for the double wings should be labelled with a "p03" at the ends of them instead of whatever number is currently there. This should resolve that issue.
My versions were p06's by default since they were sixth in my list, so yeah you'll have to either rename those all to p03 or add other wings till you have 5 before those ones in the list. That's how the generator works, everything has to match for them to show up. Simple enough xD it tends to happen when modifying the generator's defaults with custom stuff.
