Sci-Fi CTB RPG --- need some ideas/input.

Right now I'm trying to decide on the names of my 4 main currencies.

I'm thinking Credits for Gold...
and 2 more main currencies.

the fourth is EXP... I want a different name, like Fragments... memory fragments etc - something reflecting collected data because the way I've worked it you have a maximum amount you can collect -like a hdd- to be spent on bettering characters and skills.

Also, I'm trying to think of an equipment based skill equip system like materia, but still original... what could I call the magic and skill granting addons and accessories? Galv's shard system is what I used in Ace, but it still doesnt feel like what I'm looking for.

I like the idea of credits for gold, but maybe specify what kind of credits so that you can have certain credits that are more higher value than other credits (ex. use greek alphabet: alpha credits, beta credits, omega credits).
EXP could be called Data Points (DP for short), and the leveling system could be called Programs (So, the higher the amount of Programs the person has, the more they will be able to protect themselves, fight, move, etc; this would also explain why they learn new moves when they level, because some Programs may give them new attacks).
For the materia system, if you are using VX Ace I would suggest using a script, but if you are using MV you could just do different equipment slots, and make weapons/armor unlock different slots for each. For the actual name? USBs? For that, I guess, you would need to make the attack system entirely tech-based. I can't really come up with any other reasonable way of adding skills via equipment.
