What? You thought I was done with just one list?

> Under what circumstances would you ban a member instantly?

> You’re unsure of how many warning points to assign a member. What do you do?

> Do you think you will have any problems giving out a warn or ban? It’s easy to say you’ll do it, but will you have any hesitation?

> You realize you’ve given out an undeserved punishment. What steps would you take to resolve this?

> You notice an issue on the forum, but neither of the admins are available to fix it. What do you do?

> You and another staff member disagree on how to interpret a rule. How and where do you discuss this?

> How will you prioritize looking through the forum? Will you look at everything, or try and focus on one section?

> You ask 2 members to take a discussion into PM, but they refuse, and direct their anger at you. What happens next?

> You find that a banned member comes back with an alternate account, but they’re following the rules now. What do you do?

> BONUS: Name 3 of my 5 favorite animals. :)

@sage Yarrrrr. I be twenty and nine summers old and counting.

@Micro FREE ICE CREAM!!! :3
(On a slightly more serious note, lol, I'd encourage more active discussion and possibly host a contest or two. Try to ease people's tensions! )

Amy, I'll get to your questions as soon as I can really marinate and think through. :)

What? You thought I was done with just one list?
Coming from you? Nah.

> Under what circumstances would you ban a member instantly?
Theft or Plagiarism.

> You’re unsure of how many warning points to assign a member. What do you do?
I'd ask an admin or a more experienced mod.

> Do you think you will have any problems giving out a warn or ban? It’s easy to say you’ll do it, but will you have any hesitation?
Nope. I'd have no problems. I'm impartial, so friends don't get special treatment.

> You realize you’ve given out an undeserved punishment. What steps would you take to resolve this?
First of all, apologize to the person. Second of all, if I am unable to remove warning points myself, seek council with an admin on how to do it.

> You notice an issue on the forum, but neither of the admins are available to fix it. What do you do?
Take note of said issue, screen cap it when applicable, and send them a PM, Skype IM or eMail

> You and another staff member disagree on how to interpret a rule. How and where do you discuss this?
How? Diplomatically, respectfully and tactfully, of course. Where? forum PM.

> How will you prioritize looking through the forum? Will you look at everything, or try and focus on one section?
I would look through everything, then concentrate on my assigned forums, if applicable.

> You ask 2 members to take a discussion into PM, but they refuse, and direct their anger at you. What happens next?
If they both take their anger out on me, I'll politely ask them to cease their anger at a third party. Refusal to cease anger will result in an official warn.

> You find that a banned member comes back with an alternate account, but they’re following the rules now. What do you do?
If duplicate or alternate accounts isn't a bannable offense, I would closely monitor them to make sure they stay in line.

> BONUS: Name 3 of my 5 favorite animals. :)
Dinosaur, peacock, crocodile.

Hello there @MinisterJay
I couldn't help but notice how your recent feedback to our newest artist, @Amysaurus. Although she is just a beginner and she doesn't know much about art, you were positive and provided exemplary feedback with examples of what to do and why, as well as what not to do and why. You even made her smile and laugh in the midst of others' harsher criticism.

Thank you for such constrictive and positive feedback to our new artists who are trying to make it. I'd love it if you could be more active in the comminuty; we could use positive energy like yours.
Well done, I'd say!

How familiar are you with the Report link, and how often do you use it?
I am well versed in the report function, it is on almost every page. :)
How often do I use it? Well, I haven't really had an occasion to use it.
Note: I actually didn't report you :P

1. Being a moderator, a leadership position for the forum, you have been put in charge of helping raise funds for the forum. What are some of your ideas?

2. A new members submits, in your opinion, a subpar resource. How would you handle this?

3. In the following screenshot, if there are any, name the Rules that are violated. In addition what else may be improper procedurally, but not against the rules.

1. Being a moderator, a leadership position for the forum, you have been put in charge of helping raise funds for the forum. What are some of your ideas?
I highly doubt this would ever happen since moderators shouldn't be put under that kind of burden. The premium/VIP membership should be enough. Suggest a donation button is the only thing I can think of that would be LEGAL.

2. A new members submits, in your opinion, a subpar resource. How would you handle this?
If I'm in charge of resources, send them a PM telling them politely that their resources are subpar, and to practice more. If I'm not, then I would let whoever IS in charge of resources know if they haven't already taken care of it.

3. In the following screenshot, if there are any, name the Rules that are violated. In addition what else may be improper procedurally, but not against the rules.
Asking for money and signature size, which are both against the rules.. as well as opening a fundraising thread.

With all of these serious questions, time for a... less-serious one.

Do you like pancakes?

Do you like pizza? If so, what are your favorite pizza toppings?

I'm sorry - I only have so many things to do while I'm sick! Seriously, hit me up. I'll draw you an apology dino. D:

> To what extent do you think moderators influence a community (i.e. what kind of an impact do they have)?

> What (in your opinion) is the best part about this community? Do you think it makes our community unique?

> What (in your opinion) is the worst part about this community? How do you think we can resolve that?

> What do you think is the most challenging part of being a moderator?

> You start to feel overwhelmed with work in the community - do you ask someone for assistance, or do you work through it yourself?

> An emergency strikes (maybe a huge argument, maybe someone spamming all over the forum), but you’re the only staff member on. Do you keep an eye on the situation until you have help, or do try and fix the situation yourself?

> Do you plan to start (or continue?) trying to advertise this community? If yes, on what platforms and how? If no, do you think that’s something a moderator should be expected to do?

> If at any point you had to pick a position to give up, would it be your spot on the Resource Team, or your spot as a moderator?

Perhaps the most difficult question…..
What is love?

Give it a blurple bandanna and you got yourself a deal!

> To what extent do you think moderators influence a community (i.e. what kind of an impact do they have)?
Not very much on the outside; his or her job is to only keep things running smoothly.

> What (in your opinion) is the best part about this community? Do you think it makes our community unique?
The relaxed atmosphere the staff help to create. I like that I feel like I can let my hair down. In my opinion I'd say that definitely makes the community unique!

> What (in your opinion) is the worst part about this community? How do you think we can resolve that?
The fact that it's so small yet there are already cliques (little mini groups) that don't want to break away and give other people attention. I have a feeling that more interactive contests and events could help this. Friend-building exercises, in a sense!

> What do you think is the most challenging part of being a moderator?
Having to balance being a staff member; a force of POWER and yet being down-to-earth so that people can actually approach you if they need help.

> You start to feel overwhelmed with work in the community - do you ask someone for assistance, or do you work through it yourself?
I'd ask for assistance. Working while exhausted can lead to fatigue and poor performance...

> An emergency strikes (maybe a huge argument, maybe someone spamming all over the forum), but you’re the only staff member on. Do you keep an eye on the situation until you have help, or do try and fix the situation yourself?
I'd try to fix the situation myself AND alert fellow staff to help me out when they can.

> Do you plan to start (or continue?) trying to advertise this community? If yes, on what platforms and how? If no, do you think that’s something a moderator should be expected to do?
I'll post links in my streams and on my social media sites. Is it a moderator's job to advertise? Yes and no... No in the sense that it's not just them. It's EVERYONE'S responsibility, members and staff alike! This is how we grow.

> If at any point you had to pick a position to give up, would it be your spot on the Resource Team, or your spot as a moderator?
Resource team. I'm a musician and composer and I love what I do. But I'd love to serve the community as a leader even more.

Of the answers that I got for that last last one, yours is the closest to mine, so far. And also your answer for Amy's special last question is too close to mine. :)
