I've just finished recorded a short podcast idea.
It's a bit bootleg, it's rought around the edges, but I want to know if others are interested in hear more from it.
(Or atleast, a long and better version of this)

Just finished listening and I like the idea of a little podcast like this. Now, that might just be the bias speaking out of me, being an ex-podcast host with four year history. However, especially with gaming and RM there's so much to talk about and I'd like to see (or hear rather) more of this.
BIG BUT THOUGH! This might be because I'm somewhat old-fashioned or maybe it's because it's personal pet peeve, but I'd suggest you take a bit back at effects. I don't know if it's supposed to keep up people's attention or if it's supposed to lighten things up a little and prevent the podcast from getting too monotonous but I, personally, was thrown off by the soundeffects and cut-in audio clips (especially that Trump one that went amok). I know it's hard to keep things interesting when you just have audio but I think there's a better way of doing that.

Yeah, honestly I agreed with everything you said. My goal was to make it cheap and kinda gross (I mean, the title of the podcast does have the word c**t in it.) That said, I will cut down on the effects in the later episodes. This was a pilot and I'm hoping the next episode will be easier to follow (topic wise). Effects will mostly be used to split the podcast in its different segments.

Thanks for your suggestions!

Oh, yeah, I certainly understood your intentions of making it intentionally "crappy", but the execution could've been better is what I'm saying. Your intentions didn't really translate very well. People are used to high quality stuff and might be turned off by cheaply made stuff, even if it's meant to be ironic. XD

I can agree with that. I was thinking of improving it in the next episode, but maybe I should re-record the first episode completely.

I think if I make sure the structure and the discussion are improved, the "ironically cheap" stylization will be a lot more evident. (Then again, I might only find out if it works once it's done.)

What do you think?

It might work, I can imagine that. I don't have a lot of experience with an approach like that though. I've only done high quality and intentionally funny stuff so far. I've never experimented with an ironic approach.
And personally, I don't know if I could listen to it. I cringe very easily. XD

Not bad for a first podcast, especially for being solo. If you need a special guest who's a gamer and newbie to RPGmaker MV I would volunteer. I have a Youtube channel myself Grantronic4. I would say the podcast would be more successful with a different name then C***s in it. Don't want to exclude certain users of RPG Maker. You'll want to make the name catchy like "RTP, you know me - An RPG Maker Podcast" or "The Never Ending Development - An RPG Maker Podcast"
