[Paid/Paypal] Anime Character/Mascot Needed

I am making a top secret, need to know basis, thing. And I need a Mascot/Character for it.

I will need a classic Cute Anime style character, one that would go amazing with "Notice Me Senpai"

I'm thinking along the lines of the style that we have here with MV-Tan.

In making this, you agree that I will have full rights to the character. This includes, but is not limited to, distribution, re-selling, commissions, etc. for the character. After all, it will be a mascot for something that is up-coming.

The payment type will be through paypal, and we can discuss the price at any point. If you're interested in this, comment below, or send me a PM. Payment will not be made until the character is made.

If it's something you plan to resell and such, I think knowing things like the art style you use would be important, since if you plan to take commissions for the character and such, you'd need to be able to mimic it somewhat, right?

It's a mascot, so the thing with the re-sell would be selling T-Shirts with the mascot on it, etc. I'm unsure what you mean by mimic it somewhat. It's simply going to be a mascot/avatar such as the one on this site.

She requires you to credit her for everything, and though I wouldn't mind doing that on the website, there just isn't any way to credit her on products such as shirts, etc. So, I don't see her doing this. However, I guess that would be up to @Amysaurus to give the final answer on that.

With logos, mascots, etc. you generally don't need to give credit, but they're much more expensive because of that, and obviously because revenue is being made off of it. There's a reason the articles say never to pay less than $200 for them!

With free things or low-budget things (character art, sprites, etc.), yeah, I do require credit. Those things don't make much money on their own, so they kind of need the extra mentions/advertising. Really depends on the situation.

That is called a Chibi.

The mv-tan from amy is a chibi and the girl in xiffys example is a shojo. (I think)
