Opinions on the Christmas/WW themes?

What are your opinions on the Christmas, and Winter Wonderland themes?

Right now I'm using the Christmas theme and I'm loving the snowflakes, the green is a nice change, I like the overall feeling it gives the rest of the site. The green text for links are a bit unreadable when in the messages but nothing a bit of highlighting don't fix lol. When I try out the Winter Wonderland theme I'll come back to give feedback on that.

I really like both. Using the winter wonderland theme. I really like how they change the look of the forums and logo instead of just color swapping stuff. XD

The Winter Wonderland one is my favorite, probably because I typically use the Light theme. :)

Both look great, though. There's just enough festivity, without it looking tacky ^^

Well, the Christmas theme uses the pretty green I like so much so... instant win for me! Winter Wonderland is pretty, too, though. It just feels a lot more colder than the Christmas theme. :D

Winter Wonderland is pretty nice, but I don't like how the edited banner looks. the red and teal dont look well together--maybe a new banner altogether would be better (though I know that's not possible since we just had the contest for it xD) I will try the other one tomorrow.

Love the snow effects though! and also the icicles on avatars. overall, nice job with it ^_^

I initially liked the Christmas theme. It was a challenge to reply to a thread. I had to guess where to reply, and none of the standard symbols above where you making the reply, were seen like the B I U etc. When the reply was posted, it was posted below my avatar, not to the side of it. Going double check to see if it still doing that.

Just double checked, and it's not doing that anymore. Guess it is like when you bring your car to the mechanic because it is making a funny noise, but when you get there the noise is gone....

Yeah, it sounds like a cache problem or something along those lines. It happens from time to time, it could have been an issue with your time. That tends to mess a lot of stuff up :) I'm glad you got it fixed. How do you like it now that it has been fixed?

I love the new themes (ww is my favourite) and the snow animation. Btw do the snowflakes follow my mouse ?? I just got the feeling they do...

UPDATE: I have now tried all four themes, and I prefer the Christmas 2015 theme. I like how the contrast of the light on the dark, makes things 'pop'. The falling snow relaxes me, probably because there is a very small chance of us getting any. The bulbs hanging above the avatars are nice too.

checking out the Christmas one now, this one is absolutely perfect. love the garland on avatars and the santa hat on the site logo is a perfect little touch. Red and Green go well together, too!

the colors are perfect.

Winter one is too green, and Winter Wonderland one is wayyyy too white for me.

Winter Wonderland is just too much white in one spot, Christmas 2015 is fine though.

That said, I'm too edgy to let them overtake my glorious dark theme.
