I have a Question...how do you PM in this Forum? Didnt find it :S

On the top next to your name (and a drop down menu) there's a little envelope, when you hover over it you'll see Conversations or something like that. to PM someone, just click "Start a New Conversation" and you're set! :D

anyways, hope you got it working now!

On topic: I've been doing my best to greet the new members, although I'm running out of things to say. I guess just welcoming them is enough haha...

I only greet members who make themselves interesting enough, though I also have to be around and online and checking out those posts, so when it does come time to greet I can be a gracious host!

I've really fell off with this, and it is bugging me a WHOLE lot. I've had days of absence with welcoming people, and now I'm swamped with people. I've greeted everyone thus far prior to last week, and tomorrow will be my goal to get back to greeting every single member!
