Need help with Soulpour777 Virtue Metre

Hello, I found Soulpour777's Virtue Metre Plugin (http://www.rpgmakercentral.com/topic/36186-vps-virtue-metre/) and I want to add it to the main menu, how do I edit the script to make it accessible via the menu?

Also, when I used plugin command to call it, I can't close it with right mouse, only hitting x button on the keyboard works. Please enlighten me on how do I enable closing it with right mouse.

I'm sorry for my newbie question, I'm totally new to this. I hope my question doesn't bother you all. Thank you so much in advance!
