Mother's Day

This is very much "Off Topic" and "General Discussion"

I think it would be cool to honor the motherly figures in our lives.

I'm grateful for my mother. She is technically my step-mother but I never refer to her as that. She has been there for me since she came into my life. Even telling people she isn't my biological mom is totally awkward. I live about 450 miles from my mother but I do my best to keep in touch with her. As of a little over a year ago I also have a mother in-law. I live just down the road from her her and she does such an awesome job of showing my wife and I motherly love.

At this point in time my wife is not a mother on any "children" but we do have 2 dogs and I know they love their mamma :P

I appreciate the women in my life <3

I acknowledge that we may not all have a mother in our lives, but we can all at the very least appreciate someone who expresses mother like traits in our lives! Share a story or give a motherly figure in your life a shout-out!

Awww that's so sweet parents don't have to be biological parents, it's the people who care about one when one is a child (I think). And dogs are the best

I love my mother. That's why I tried to have a great day with her today and she got a small unicorn plushie from me~
I'm glad that I have a caring mother, that we can live together in a peaceful way.

I have a wonderful mom put up with me growing up and being a pain in her backside. I have also been blessed with two mothers-in-law that have been like a mother to me for almost 20 years now.

I do not like my mom. Her personality grinds my gears. She's such a hassle to deal with too.
There are just some people you don't like. Unfortunately, one of them is my mom.
