What do i really hate is that i tried my best to tell my parents to get me a Paypal but they said i have to be an adult to use a debit card. :|
Currently i have 5 years of high school and i have to resist these very long times until i reach 18+.

You're not even allowed to buy a Pre-Paid Vanilla Mastercard? You know, those cards that you can buy once in a store, then use it until there's no money on it and discard it in the trash bin etc.

I actually laughed, it's the same experience when as I did wait for RPGMaker VXAce to finally release on steam. It takes a little moment.. or longer for them to fix it. ;D

I heard of them, kinda. I can't get any credit card type tho...i also heard of paysafecard, PayPal, etc. but there's no way i could get my money online. The reason my mom won't let me use paypal is because it's dangerous for me... >.<

PayPal is kind of dangerous. I remember once, someone or something emailed me and pretended to by PayPal and pretended that my account was compromised and I had to connect to their site. Yes your mom is right about this. But you can get Steam and then buy steam giftcards at stores, unless you really can't use Steam either ^^"

I do have a Steam, but i never use that a lot anymore because i can't control my inactivity, i always become busy all time time... :| Also, my mom doesn't want me either to get some Steam Wallets. :(
