Interest Check ~ Robust Character Bust Generator

I wasn't sure where to post this so if it's the wrong section, please forgive me. > .>

But I was wondering how many people would like to have a more robust and customizable Character Generator for the portrait busts. Face angles, body/hand poses, colorable channels, fine-tuned part placements (like a drag and drop for eyes, mouth, nose, accessories, etc.), eye and mouth animations (blinking/speaking), etc. with a better quality style ( or multiple styles to switch between).

If I get a significant amount of feedback, and if a programmer also takes interest, I wouldn't mind working on something like this at all. But for now I just want a show of hands on who would use/fund/donate/buy perhaps?/help work on some resource tool like this. I think it'd be handy for RPG Maker users who don't have the cash for full custom art, but who want their game to have quality busts that don't look same-y.

It's very probable I'd use it. I must confess though, that right now I probably wouldn't pay money for it. I might, though, when I am a fully examed teacher and earn more of it.

@Jiriki9 Thanks for input! Initially I thought about making it into a Kickstarter thing to get funding for it, and then working donations and "premium content" tiers from thereon, having the base tool free to use for everyone while allowing donors the ability to further customize/use more styles or animations/etc.. I just realize it's a hefty project to undertake and keep updated so some form of compensation would be nice for all parties involved in its creation~ ESPECIALLY since it would be a product that would continue to grow and evolve over time.

I definitely agree! I just wanted to keep honest and right NOW I wouldn't pay money for such - not because I think it is not worth it, but because of several reasons I would not do it currently. But your are right that it might be quite a project and those making it would deserve a financial compensation.

I got whatcha mean. I'm just pretty sure no one is going to program for free on this caliber of a project. XD They'd have to be committed long-term for updates and new parts to the generator and all. So it'd have to be something stable.

If all pans out okay for this and I find a programmer willing to work with me to push it through to release, I could also~ include a weapon/item generator in an update, and possibly matching sprites as well. In a future version after the bust generator is out and well received.
