In need of resources

I'm in need of modern resources.
-tilesets
-battlers
something urban, thugs and rioter types as well as something paramilitary-esque
-characters/actors
something to match the battlers, with military grunt types (uniformed, helmeted all look the same)
-modern bgm and se music that's not an actual song (because copyrights are no fun) as well as something "bleak" that stands as overall world map bgm

I don't even know where to begin looking beside this site so I figure someone here should know.
Please help
