Icons Don't Display after 1375?

I've compiled myself the full MV and VX Ace icon sets along with 1 row of custom icons I made in between, but when I made myself a 1376th icon, it doesn't show in the database nor in game. Here are some screenshots:

The strange thing is that it does not show in the database.

Are you able to replicate this in different projects?

Yes, it applies for other projects as well. I made myself a clean project. Here are some screenshots:
