sage already mentioned a lot of good stuff, but just some more tips:
1. The lines on the teeth and the pupil of the eye really stand out because they're so dark compared to everything else. Try to avoid using true black, and make sure all your lines are the same color.
2. Having a background, even if it's not very detailed, is always better than leaving your drawing floating in space. It gives the drawing a sense of depth and life, and makes the overall composition feel more finished.
3. The shading here is pretty good, looks like you have a lightsource above the shark which makes sense if it's underwater. Cartoony styles tend to shade with defined shapes rather than blurred colors, while more realistic styles try to produce a lifelike gradient between life and shadow. As you get closer to the light source (i.e. closer to the surface) there will be stronger conrast between the light and dark areas (with very light highlights and very dark shadows).
