With that, since you have everything you need and you would only need to pay a few people for the other work you think you want to be paid and such, you'd get far. But let's talk on an international scale. Well clearly, you'd surely have to pay hefty amounts for other things you can't do or clearly manage. I'd say 2500 will get you to make a few plugins / systems / designs made, as well as you covering a few things like for the art (tilesets, busts, facesets, sprites, animations, etc - depending on how much you want to customize your game that is).
