Quick question, are you new to mapping ? because if you are off to a great start. A few things I've noticed is missing shadows on the side of the homes, they usually extend from the front to about 1 shadow tile less than the back, also maybe a small shadow under the bridge(s) would make it pop more ?
Maybe add a chimney or two, with some smoke coming out of them.
Other than that it's looking pretty nice, you were smart to not make the map very large, I find the biggest mistakes people make is starting with a large empty space, in my experience the smaller the easier it is to fill in then you can expand if you run out of space for your ideas.

I'm not new at all! I've been mapping for quite some time. It's MV's tiles and Auto Tiles that bug me. Since I'm used to 2003 and XP's tilesets. Not MV auto correcting and shadows.
