You mean you want a command to delete a saved file when you play your game, is that it?

If you want a way in game you need a plugin. But with out a plugin go to your project folder you will see a folder named save go in there and delete the file in it.

I Kinda Made A New Character And Had A Save With A Old One Anytime I Go To The Save Menu it Crashes My Game XD
