Hello RPG Maker MV world, I'm new to the forum! Thanks Captain Obvious -- anyway, besides using RPG Maker MV, I'm a musician (been composing for about 3-4 years now), I can make music that ranges from ominous orchestral pieces to happy sounding electro or woodwind themes, to agressive thrash metal songs. Pretty much anything my VST library lets me compose, really.
I'll be making music for you to use in your RMMV projects for free. You'll need to credit me of course.
I'm currently working on a game (not surprising). It's called "Wylkar: Guide to Salvation". I didn't start very long ago so I haven't done a lot (if you don't count the characters, story (I take a lot of time to improve on it and come up with interesting ideas), and some of the music) and I'll release a demo most likely in November.
Other than that I don't have anything to say.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a really wide array of music you're capable of! (thumbsup)
What would intert me is how much experience you have with the rpg maker. Did you use another one before MV? Which? How long?

I used RPG Maker XP and RPG Maker VX, I wasn't actually making serious games, just random bad projects with 1 dimensional characters and unimaginative stories just to learn the basics. It was only right before I switched from VX to MV that I became more serious about my projects. I've learnt how to use most of the event commands, and I've learnt how to come up with stories and characters (as I said, I take a lot of time to try to make the best story (and characters) that I can). I've also learnt how to make good looking maps (same here, a lot of time goes into the mapping although it's definitely not as good as parallax mapping). I'm pretty confident with my current project although I don't expect it to be a 10/10, but I'll try my best, for sure.

Welcome to the insanity we like to call the forums. The pool closes at 8pm sharp. :P

Feel free to ask any questions you may have, for we are all here to help. Also, don't hesitate to ask for help on your project if you need/want it. Putting a post in the Project Recruitment forum would be the best way to go about this.

Looking forward to seeing your work and contributions! :D

Nice to meet you, Luk. I hope to hear some of your lovely tunes soon! What kind of program do you use to compose the music? I only know how to play some instruments- I don't know how to make music on the computer. Is it as complicated as reading sheet music? I find that impossible.

I've been using MAGIX Music Maker but I decided to switch to Garage Band and use Native Instruments Kontakt as a plugin (to use more instruments).
Difficulty depends on what software you're using. MAGIX Music Maker and Garage Band/Logic Pro (Logic Pro is Garage Band but with more features) are very easy to use, they have probably the most user friendly interfaces. The moment I began composing music with MMM, I found out how to use the most important features because they're so easy to use (I tried out FL Studio a while ago and couldn't figure out how to use it on my own though it's probably not that complicated).
