Hello I'm a French maker from Paris and I'm cool.
I don't speak well but there's Google translate to help me. I have 5 games projects (too much I know) with 3 engine (RMXP, RMMV and Unity).

Graphics skills
Photoshop, Photofiltre, Gimp
I like to make sprites particulary isometrics, GUI and pixelart style ressources. I know Blender and sketchup but I don't like to do 3D modeling.
Sound skills
Cubase, Reason and Anvil.
Coding
Html5/css Good
Use apache and MySQL Good
Js Good
Ruby Not Bad
C# Not Very Good ;-)

And more...but I don't know what for now.

A very old project (since 2007-2008) in RMXP (GubidTBS isometric) never finished.
