Wow this is a lot to take in. Just got the game this week and already cramming as much information into my head as possible. Never played an rpg maker before so it's interesting trying to do the mapping and design portion. I just discovered how to use switches and variations and am pleased I not struggling with that yet. The mapping has been tricky since I am realizing certain tile pieces or objects have limitations or open things up and can clip my characters through walls in playtesting haha.
Anyways excited to be here and hoping to learn more.

Welcome to the forum!

When you first start using RPG Maker it may seem like a lot to take in, but once you get down the basics it really is quite a fun and easy program to use. It's good to hear you aren't having too hard of a time learning, so far, and as @Jay said, there are plenty of members here that can help with anything you need. So, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. =)

I hope to see you around!

Hello man! Welcome to the forums!

I understand the cramming, I went through that myself when MV came out. You watch the YouTube plugins and tutorials? Like Yanfly, Driftwood, and Moghunter?
