Hi, Difference between full and trial

First question,
Is there a difference between the trial and full version?
Yes I understand that it is 2o day trial, but do we get anything new with the full version? This is mainly the decision if I will buy the program or not.

As far as I know, it has no limitations except for the fact it only lasts 20 days.
