Game design is awesome like that, no one cares about where your from or how well you speak any language. It's something that can bring the world together for a common goal of creation its pretty awesome! And of course no one will judge you for so call noob-questions there's not really such a thing as a noob question here because every body is always looking to learn everything they can so never think you can't ask something because someone always has an answer. Can't wait to see you around more and see your take on game design!
