My name is David im a new Rpg Maker Mv creator, Ive been working on a game for two weeks now and i have run into some problems like where will the story go, is my game any good, should i be selling it or should it be free. Their is another thing to ive been working and ran into another problem I wan to change what my character looks like in game to help the story but i can figure it out so if i could get help i would love that

In regards to assistance with your projects, have you checked out the MV Tutorials section? There is a lot of useful information there, and if you are still stuck you can ask questions! :) Additionally, questions like "Where will the story go?", "Is my game any good?" and "Should I be selling it or should it be free?" are tricky because they are really all subjective to the developer. That said, you can always look at the Service Offers forum, as there are a lot of people there who offer services like writing, character design/generation, etc.

... As to the question of changing appearance, it can be done by means of an Event, with the command taken from the 3rd tab of the Event Control window, in the section 'System Settings': 'Change Actor Images...'
I'd not encourage looking to MV as a source of revenue until at least some experience has been gained. It's not impossible, of course, but certainly not that easy to create a saleable product at one's first attempt. A personal choice, but 'Don't build up hopes beyond the realistic' would be my advice.
