Hi I'm new to this particular slice of the RPGMaker community, and I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I consider myself a hobbyist but have been recentlycontemplating a particular idea that I just cannot seem to get out of my head. I've been working on various prototypes for it with varying success. I have moderate experience with previous versions of RPGMaker, and have been running various tests to see if the engine is capable of delivering on my vision. From a prototyping standpoint, it's been invaluable. It's also helped me to fully realize that the scope and magnitude of my original idea was beyond my humble means. I've gone through 4 iterations of the idea, each greatly narrowing in scope. I now have the most important pillars of my idea isolated as the sole features of my prototype. I'm hoping to showcase them to you all in the near future. Happy eventing everyone!
