Hello, and help with Animated Parallax.

Hello, I'm not that good with RPG Maker but, I'm pretty okay with Pixel Art.
(I also don't know how to write Threads, properly.)

I can't seem to find a RPG Maker Animated Parallax plugin, it seems the only one I found is down
