Graphical Error

Hey there!
I seem to be having a graphical error when I'm in battle. A black box (probably a rendering issue) keeps appearing at the top of enemies. When this happens, the console overloads with an error. Here are some screenshots:

It doesn't have any problem in fresh project, but I don't want to copy all my stuff so far over. The only plugins I have are all of Yanfly's plugins.

if you send me your project i can track down this error for you.

I found out my problem! I was using an icon set that gave a graphical error. Mark this as solved, please @LTN Games, @Xyphien, or @sage.
