Discord Link In Social Bar

Hey @Xyphien,

Perhaps, when you get round to it, we should put a Discord link in the socialising section of the site footer so that people have that option available to them if they miss Discord links elsewhere.

Just a thought. :)

I know very few people that actually use G+

Those are actually people that work for google.

But yeah. I agree anyways. It should replace Google+ or just add it up to the forum links or something.
