Disabling 'Formation' in Battle Menu

I have Formation disabled from the main menu, but when I'm in battle it still allows me to edit the party formation. I want the option to be completely GONE. How can I remove it? I've looked everywhere. Thanks in advance if you can help me. :)

Are you using a plugin? There's no formation command by default in battle.

Interesting. Yes, I'm using Yanfly's Party System. I forgot to change the settings again after removing it from my game! Thank you for reminding me!
