Deleting events

Hi, I'm a newbie.
So what I want to do is this: when the main character touch the door, she will have to step back and say something like I can't go out. I've already programmed that. But then when she touch the closet and get changed, another character will enter from the door and drag her out. After that she come go in or out the house freely. But I don't know exactly how to do that. Can someone help?
