Day and Night Cycle & Calendar

Would it be possible for anyone to be able to create a Day and Night cycle where the time actually matters. So, you will be able to add events that only work for specific hours of the day? At 10am-12pm if you activate the event where you can make something happen, such as a video plays (Kind of like in the game Stardew Valley). As well as at a specific hour (Let's say 3am) you will fall asleep wherever you are and spawn in a specific area? As well as having a date/calendar. So every day that passes, a new day goes until a new year. The days would also have to play a role. So, at 9pm-12am on halloween you can have a halloween party become available.

If there is, I'd be willing to pay someone to develop it for me or do it for the community for free :D (However, if I pay for this to be made, I want it to be an exclusive on RMMV.co (This site). This will be for a commercial project, so it'd have to be allowed for commercial use.

I could develop one but I literally got no time as of right now. Not to mention there is 2 plugins that already accomplish this, I would recommend Orange time system, it has a few add ons that should prove useful. There is another one available by Vlue, just do a search on rmweb for his plugins and you'll find it but orange time system seems to be the better one.

If there are any tweaks or extra functionality you need for this plugin let me know and I can probably help but I'm pretty sure the developer of this plugin got everything covered.

Moghunter also made one with a custom graphic clock. I've been using these kind of systems in my ace project XD. https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com

I'd also suggest what ltn already told but yeah, you're free to choose XD in the description of moghunters time system is also explained how the switches and variables work/ are set so one can easily use them to make events depending on a certain time of the day.

You can set festivals and a calender up with events and one of these scripts. It takes a lot of time and a bit of eventing knowledge but it's working ;3 if you need help with the eventing you can just pm me because I managed to make one in the past XD

you should just have a parallel common within your primary game loop that runs your time engine. that's what i've got going. you need to be able to plug into the system in a million places. keep track of days/weeks/months. and unlike base 10 numbers, you have to teach rpgm how many seconds in an hour, then hours in a day, days in a week, etc.
