Change language in game plugin

Hi me again. I wanted to ask if it is possible to write a plugin which allows you to change the language, for example, from German to English in the game via the options menu? Like a toggle. I was Looking in The Internet but I havn´t foud some.

Can't find anything easieror more specific though. Maybe someone else can help you better than me
