Since i got a new computer Iam about to install Rpg-Maker MV here aswell. So i just wanted to ask if this is legal, or do i need a new licence for this?

You can use the activation key on up to two computers at the same time (provided you own both). You can also transfer the licence several times, but too many of those might have you reaching for the phone to contact tech support and having to explain to them about the excessive transfers, asking them nicely to reset the counter, of course. That's for the non-Steam version.
For the Steam version, I don't think there's a limit, as it's integrated into the software itself. So, if you own 5 computers/laptops and have a Steam account on each, you can use RMMV safely on them.
