Ok not sure if this is a bug or not i first discovered this today when i was testing my game and then was like wtf. figured it may have been something i did wrong. but couldn't find anything and it made no sence. i then tested on a new project and it still did it. but when i use area 1 above in the circle area for a event in water as my image for like having a player use action button to drink water it displays a change of one of the 2 circled area images, mainly the filled circle ones that look like the gas clouds. but it only does it when character is facing to the left when pressing the action button.

This is actually a common error in multiple iterations of RPG Maker. Due to the fact that the program is set up to read all sprite sheets with the layout of a series of 3x4 sprite sets any sprites that don't fit this layout will not be read properly, causing issues like the one you face. The easiest fix for most issues people have would be to go into the event that the sprite is attached to and check the "Direction Fix" option in the bottom left corner. This will prevent the event from jumping between the rows of different sprites, while still allowing for the sparkle walking animation, if you are using it.
