Bought tileset, but nothing shows up in "Your purchases"

This is the first time I've bought something from this site, so maybe I just don't know what I'm doing, but I purchased STARBIRD PREMIUM COLLECTION, but don't actually know where/how to download what I bought. There's nothing in "Your Purchases" under "Resources". Is that not where it's actually supposed to be? Help?
