From left to right, they are:

Agreeably Agreeable - Agree with XXX posts.
Funny Guy - You found XXX posts funny.
Winners Medal - You win 20 free Internets, simply because you rated XXX posts as Winner.
Information Guru - You found XXX posts informative.
Friendship is Badges - You thought that XXX posts were friendly.
Helpful Hero - You labelled XXX posts as helpful to yourself and/or the community.
Colourful Optimism - Trying to be Optimistic XXX times just makes the forums colourful.
Creative Genius - Marking XXX posts as Creative just boosts your creative genius.
1st Place Winners Cup - For winning 1st place in a contest.
2nd Place Winners Cup - For winning 2nd place in a contest.
3rd Place Winners Cup - For winning 3rd place in a contest.
Badge Hoarder - For collecting ### points worth of badges.
Badge Master - For collecting ### points worth of badges.

Badges with XXX in them are for the staff to choose how many posts they think the poster would need to have in order to earn the badge.
Badges with ### in them are for the staff to choose how many trophy points they think a member needs to earn the badge.
The Badge Hoarder badge would be the next step up from the Badge Addicted! badge. Badge Master would be the next step from Badge Hoarder.
