Am I allow to sell my Steam key?

Sorry if this is the wrong place or has been answered.

I don't use Steam because of many reasons, the first is that my country's banneds it for not following the rules. The next is that it really isn't indie friendly, I don't have $100 and the money i got to buy MV took 2 months of saving. Anyway, the question is if I can sell the Steam key?

I can ask support but I fear that they might do something to me , It be really nice to get like $50 back from it or something close to it. I looked through the TOS and FAQ but there hasn't been anything relating to it.

Did anyone sell their keys or they used it? I really like to know the answer to this question.

Edit: I found the answer, which can be found under EULA VX and can be apply to MV (at least that's what one user says):

"You're buying one license. Although you have multiple ways of accessing that one license (Steam/Standalone), you can't sell your steam key and continue using the standalone version legally.
I can't find the RMMV EULA, but the RMVX Ace license specifically states that the license you purchase is non-assignable. Basically, no one other than the person who originally entered into the purchasing agreement can use the license (you can't resell even if you were reselling both Steam/Standalone)."

I'm unsure if you can do such a thing. I used my steam key as steam is pretty much the only thing I use for games and game Dev software. I'd say this sort of question would be better over at the official Degica forums. Although, someone else here may have already asked this question and maybe they can help?

I can't post anything on the official thread yet, it tells me to wait until someone approves it. Maybe i'll ask reddit until then.
