I currently own a full copy of RPG Maker MV that I bought from Steam. Can I use all the default resources included (Anything made in the character generator with default assets, Music...etc) for commercial use if I use these assets on a different game engine? (Currently developing with Unity)

According to the EULA, RPG Maker resources and packs can only be used in RPG Maker projects (this applies to all RPG Makers). And you are allowed to use them in non-commercial or commercial projects ONLY if RPG Maker is owned and used. With some packs, however, a non-RM license can be bought (usually higher priced) for use in other engines. And some packs, such as those from Pioneer Games, can be used cross-engine with the proper license. This link will give you more details on this. Hope this helps some!
