A few questions

Is there a way to manually enter the required experience for each level? And with spells, can you have the same spell hurt an enemy but heal another one? For example, a water spell that damages a bat, but if use it on a plant it gets healed instead.
Thank you very much @Lore.

The Experience can be modified with plugins (like Yanfly's Class Base Parameters plugin). This allows the developer greater control over the exp gained for each level/class.

EDIT: Upon further research, I can't find a trait option to provide you with the effect that you are after. However, Yanfly's Damage Core plugin has options to allow you to do this, from what I've read.

Hope this helps :)

You can make leveling based on whatever requirements you desire. Plugins are not even needed. I have made it where characters level when certain tasks are completed. I have made it where they get "0" experience for battles, and determine additional factor of when they level. I do not use MV's leveling structure for over 90% of games I make.
