Version: 1.7

DESCRIPTION
The Social Media Buttons plugin is a simple plugin to add some social media buttons to the Title Screen. Clicking on them opens a new window with their respective URLs displayed.
It only supports Twitter (Screen Name/Username, User ID and Follow), Facebook, Google+, YouTube (Username, Channel, Video and Playlist), Pinterest (Username and/or Board), and your website. More may be added later.
You can also call a website from within the game! (This was inspired by something "RPG Maker Web" tweeted about it.)
NOTE: For a more comprehensive guide, be sure to read the plugin's Help section or watch the video tutorial below.

USAGE
All options can be tweaked to your preferences in the Plugin Manager. The rest is straightforward. I've tried to make the Help section as comprehensive as possible as well.
Set the "Display Method" (in the Plugin Manager options) to either "Window" or "Browser" depending on your preference.
To call a website from within the game, create an event and use the following Plugin Command:
showurl url
where url is the FULL web address to open. This will open it in a new window.
So, for example, type the following in the Plugin Command box in the event:
showurl https://rpgmakermv.co
which will open a window displaying this website (or whatever other web address you use).
Note: The video doesn't include the Pinterest button from v1.7.
INSTALLATION
Extract CW_SocialMediaButtons_17.js from the ZIP file into your project's plugins folder and enable it in the Plugin Manager.
TERMS OF USE
You are free to use this in non-commercial projects, but please refer to the RPG Maker Times Terms of Use for other details, including commercial use.
Credit "Companion Wulf" or "RPG Maker Times" if using this plugin in your projects.
DEVELOPMENT NOTES
There will be no further development on this plugin for a while (v1.7), as my focus will be on other things.
After v2.0, I'll no longer actively update the plugin due to the way that most social media sites use their APIs and SDKs. While it IS possible to share an in-game screenshot and content from within MV, it's not as easy as it may sound.
This isn't necessarily from a developer's perspective, but from the end-user perspective. I don't want to over-complicate things, so will be keeping it simple and"as is": Promote and share your site on some of the most popular social media sites. And that's it!
And, for anyone who's interested:

And, for anyone who's interested:
This was inspired by Yanfly's excellent "External Links" plugin. I integrated it into "Adventures of Tryggr", then into "Otherworld", but wrote my own to trim out some of the superfluous code and make it more compatible with "Otherworld"'s menu.
So based on that same principle, I decided to add a separate block on the Title Screen to contain "Otherworld"'s Twitter account and official blogsite, as well as RPG Maker Times Facebook page, rather than putting them in the main menu - to declutter it. I then adapted it for more general use.
